| Abraham (Avi) Peri, CEO |
|
Mr. Peri has over 35 years experience in the Israeli and American high-tech communities. In his latest position, he served as President & CEO of Inventech, a TASE publicly traded VC investment company. In 1998 Mr. Peri co-founded and was the Managing Director of GPS Tech Venture, an Israeli consulting company which represents investors and manages investments in Israeli-related technology companies. The company focuses on identifying investment opportunities in order to generate high returns for its investors.
Before founding GPS Tech Ventures, Mr. Peri was Vice President of Elron Electronic Industries, a large multi-national high-tech holding company based in Israel. During these 7 years Mr. Peri was involved in all investment decisions and investment management activities of the firm. Some of his specific contributions led to highly successful investments by Elron, such as NetManage Inc.
Before joining Elron, Mr. Peri served as CEO for a number of high-tech companies, and still earlier, as a Colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces, he was in charge of all computer centers and software development activities in the IDF.

| Jonathan Silverberg, COO |
| Mr. Silverberg has over 14 years of experience in technology development and management. Mr. Silverberg comes to Decell from the Israel Air Force where he served as an R&D officer. During his service in the IAF, he managed and participated in various development projects in the fields of operations research, location systems and electronic warfare. A graduate of the prestigious Talpiot Program of the Israel Defense Forces, Mr. Silverberg received a B.Sc. with honors in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA with honors (specializing in operations research and finance) from Tel-Aviv University.

| Yarom Arad, VP Business Development |
| Mr. Arad has more than 12 years of hands-on experience growing technology start-ups internationally. In August 2005, he founded Boxberg Investments, a private company specializing in providing Israeli technology start-ups with a variety of business development services. Prior to this, Mr. Arad was heading the sales activities in EMEA and APAC for IT-security start-up Imperva, a pioneer and leader in the field of Application Security. Prior to that, Mr. Arad was leading the European expansion efforts for Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR), a world leader in Internet Traffic Management solutions. Mr. Arad has an MBA from The Wharton School. |
